Federal criminal complaint against Harlan Kelly alleges honest services wire fraud
SAN FRANCISCO (Nov. 30, 2020) — City Attorney Dennis Herrera released the following statement today after Harlan Kelly was charged in a federal criminal complaint:
“I applaud U.S. Attorney Dave Anderson and his office for their work here. Our internal investigation into Mr. Kelly and others continues, including those not charged criminally. There is no place in City government for corruption or self-dealing. We continue to follow the facts wherever they lead and root out those who abuse the public trust.”
