SAN FRANCISCO (Feb. 16, 2011)—City Attorney Dennis Herrera will host a press conference in front of San Francisco Public Library- Excelsior Branch tomorrow (Thursday) at 11:30 a.m. to announce a major lawsuit against local smoke shops for selling illegal hard drug paraphernalia. Knowledgeable spokespeople will be available at the press conference to answer questions in Spanish and Mandarin.
