SAN FRANCISCO – Assistant Attorney General for the Environment and Natural Resources Division Ignacia S. Moreno will join U.S. Secretary of the Interior Ken Salazar and numerous federal, state and local officials in San Francisco TODAY, SEPT. 19, 2011, at 1:00 P.M. PDT/4:00 P.M. EDT to announce a major civil settlement of the 2007 crash of the M/V Cosco Busan into the San Francisco-Oakland Bay Bridge and subsequent oil spill in the San Francisco Bay.
